The First e-Collection Point of Its Kind in Europe. T-Master's Innovation in Śrem Attracts Nationwide Media Attention

In September, T-Master launched e-Collection Point 247 in Śrem – Europe's first fully automated, unmanned electronic selective municipal waste collection point operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The innovative facility has attracted nationwide media attention.

The solution, developed and implemented by T-Master SA, has been featured by Zielona Interia and "Czysta Polska" (Clean Poland), a programme broadcast on Polsat News.

Polish Technology Is Transforming Selective Waste Collection Points

The launch of e-Collection Point 247 in Śrem on September 23, 2026, demonstrated new possibilities for the digital transformation of municipal waste management. The system allows residents to dispose of their waste independently, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without assistance from on-site staff.

The facility has been designed to make the entire process simple and intuitive. Residents identify themselves using a card, select the type of waste they wish to dispose of, and the system directs them to the appropriate collection station. The waste is automatically weighed, and information about its type and weight is assigned to the individual user.

As a result, the municipality gains access to detailed operational data, including the quantities and types of waste collected and how frequently residents use the facility.

e-Collection Point 247 Featured in Nationwide Media

The innovative nature of the project in Śrem has attracted the attention of nationwide media. Zielona Interia and "Czysta Polska", broadcast on Polsat News, have presented the solution as an example of how modern technologies can be applied in municipal waste management.

The media interest highlights the growing importance of automating selective waste collection points, which traditionally operate during fixed opening hours and require permanent staffing.

e-Collection Point 247 transforms this model by combining round-the-clock accessibility for residents with digital identification, automated waste weighing and real-time access to operational data.

Greater Convenience for Residents, Better Management for Municipalities

The implementation of e-Collection Point 247 brings benefits to both residents and local authorities.

For residents, the main advantages are the freedom to choose when to dispose of their waste and the convenience of using a fully automated, self-service facility.

From the municipality's perspective, the key benefits include process automation, user identification and the ability to monitor waste flows in real time. The collected data can support waste collection planning, infrastructure utilisation analysis and informed decision-making in municipal waste management.

Polish Innovation with International Potential

e-Collection Point 247 is a proprietary technology developed by T-Master SA, demonstrating that Polish solutions can set new standards in the digital transformation of municipal services.

The project in Śrem is an example of successful collaboration between a local government and a technology provider, resulting in modern infrastructure that responds to residents' needs and the challenges of contemporary waste management.

Nationwide Media Interest Highlights the Significance of the e-Collection Point 247 Launch as an Important Step Towards Smarter, Fully Automated Waste Collection Systems.

We would like to thank Piotr Kotwicki from Polsat News, the editorial team at Zielona Interia, and the creators of the "Czysta Polska" programme for their interest in T-Master's technology and for introducing it to a wider audience.
