T-Master Expands Beyond the European Union! First Technology Deployment in Bosnia and Herzegovina
T-Master SA is expanding its presence in international markets. Two Drop&Go Waste House Outdoor units have been installed and commissioned in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This marks the first deployment of T-Master technology outside the European Union, made possible through cooperation with the company's Greek partner, DotSoft.
Polish Technology Supports Waste Management in the Balkans
As part of a joint project, two modern, digitally enabled municipal waste collection facilities equipped with Drop&Go Waste House Outdoor units have been launched at two locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
T-Master's solution supports selective waste collection by combining traditional municipal infrastructure with advanced technologies that enable system monitoring and management.
The completed installation and commissioning phase included verification of device functionality, diagnostic data, communication systems, camera feeds, and remote connectivity. All components have been tested, and the units are now ready for the next stage of implementation – training residents on how to use the new technology.
First Step Beyond the European Union
Bosnia and Herzegovina is the first country outside the European Union to implement T-Master's technological solutions.
This marks an important milestone in the company's international expansion strategy and another step towards increasing the recognition of Polish technology in the waste management sector.
The deployment also demonstrates that solutions developed by T-Master can be successfully implemented across different markets, addressing the growing need for digitalisation of municipal infrastructure, improved waste separation, and more efficient waste collection management.
Cooperation with DotSoft Opens Up New Opportunities
The project in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the result of cooperation between T-Master and the Greek company DotSoft SA, which recognises the potential of Polish technology and its applications in international markets.
This first joint deployment provides a solid foundation for further developing the partnership and exploring new business opportunities in the Balkan region and other international markets.
